Online Dance Choreography Competition

We are dance teachers and studio owners who miss the thrill of competition. We usually run many competitions and events throughout the year but whilst social distancing restrictions remain in place that isn't possible. Its a strange old time but our aim is to bring back some of what we love, just in a new way!
Our previous online competition was very well received and we had entries from all over the world! One of our winners was even from South Africa. This time we are shaking things up a bit and making the competition different. This time there will be three solo categories:
- Lyrical/Slow
- Freestyle Disco
- Street
Age categories may be subject to alteration depending on entries.
RULES
Registration should be through your dance school however if you need to register individually please note your dancing school so we can make them aware. Please use the registration button below to register every dancer.
£8 per routine (teachers to receive a commission for all their hard work)
Open to ages 5-18
Age splits are subject to change.
Minis - 5 - 7
Juniors 8 - 11
Inters 12 - 14
Seniors 15 - 18
Entries close Sunday 18th October
Make sure your video is a minimum of 1 min and a maximum of 2 mins long.
Make sure your video does not contain inappropriate language, images, or sounds.
Location/background does not affect your score but please ensure you are clearly visible and you are in a safe space to dance.
Routines will be recorded in your own time and uploaded via the Upload button below.
Judges will be sent entries in age groups and will send back to us a score sheet.
Winners will be announced live on Facebook and Instagram on Sunday 25th October and the placed videos will be shown.
We will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for all age groups. Plus all entrants will receive a certificate.
Trophies and certificates will be sent out in the post to your teachers for them to pass on.
